Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Score99 ("we", "us", "our"), accessible at score99.in. By using our service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Nature of Service

Score99 is an online tool that generates state-specific rent agreement documents in PDF format based on data you provide. The service costs Rs.199 per agreement, payable via Stripe (cards, UPI, and other supported methods).

Important Disclaimer

Score99 is a document generation tool, not a legal service. The agreements generated are templates based on standard legal formats for each state. We do not provide legal advice. For legally binding agreements, we recommend:

  • Printing the agreement on appropriate stamp paper as per your state's requirements
  • Getting signatures from all parties and witnesses
  • Registering the agreement at your local Sub-Registrar office (mandatory if tenure exceeds 11 months in most states)
  • Consulting a legal professional for complex or high-value arrangements

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use this service. By using Score99, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in the agreement form
  • Use the generated agreement only for lawful purposes
  • Not use the service to generate fraudulent, misleading, or illegal documents
  • Ensure you have the right to use the PAN, Aadhaar, and other identity details you enter
  • Not attempt to bypass the payment system or reverse-engineer the service

We are not responsible for errors in the agreement caused by incorrect data entered by you.

4. Payment Terms

  • The service fee is Rs.199 per rent agreement (inclusive of all taxes)
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Payment is required before the agreement PDF is generated
  • By completing payment, you authorize the charge and agree to these Terms and our Refund Policy

5. Delivery

Upon successful payment, your rent agreement PDF is generated instantly and made available for download in your browser. Delivery is digital only. We do not provide printed copies, stamp paper, or physical delivery.

6. Refund and Cancellation

Our full refund policy is available at score99.in/refund-policy. In summary:

  • Full refund if payment was charged but the PDF was not delivered
  • No refund once the PDF has been successfully generated and made available for download
  • Refund requests must be sent to support@score99.in within 7 days of payment

7. Intellectual Property

The Score99 website, branding, design, and code are our intellectual property. The rent agreement templates are based on standard legal formats. Once generated, the agreement PDF is yours to use for its intended legal purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Score99 provides agreements "as is" based on the data you provide
  • We do not guarantee the legal enforceability of any generated document
  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or legal dispute arising from the use of our generated agreements
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service (Rs.199)
  • We are not a substitute for professional legal counsel

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep Score99 available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate access, or cancel transactions if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms or using the service for unlawful purposes.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Score99 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
