Refund Policy

At Score99, we want you to be satisfied with your rent agreement. This policy explains when and how refunds are processed for our digital document generation service priced at Rs.199.

1. When You Are Eligible for a Full Refund

  • Payment charged but PDF not delivered: If your payment was successfully processed but the agreement PDF was not generated or made available for download due to a technical error on our side.
  • Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same agreement.
  • Service outage: If our service was unavailable and you were unable to generate or download your agreement after payment.

2. When Refunds Are Not Available

  • PDF successfully generated and available for download: Since the agreement is a digital product delivered instantly, refunds are not available once the PDF has been generated and made available to you.
  • Incorrect data entry: If you entered incorrect details (wrong name, address, PAN, etc.) and the agreement was generated with that data. Please review all details carefully before paying.
  • Change of mind: After the PDF has been generated.

3. Regeneration (Free of Charge)

If you made a minor error in your agreement details and need to regenerate the document, contact us at support@score99.in within 24 hours of your original payment with:

  • Your Stripe payment session ID or transaction reference
  • The corrections needed

We will regenerate your agreement at no additional cost, subject to verification of your original payment.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@score99.in with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your payment session ID (shown on the payment confirmation screen) or Stripe transaction ID
  3. Describe the issue you faced

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during checkout (via Stripe)
  • Bank processing times may add 2-5 additional business days

6. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us at support@score99.in first. We resolve most issues within 24 hours and can process refunds faster than the bank dispute process. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
